CANCELLATION POLICY

We require a credit card to be on file to hold your appointment in our booking system. If you need to reschedule an appointment with less than a 24-hours notice, or are a no-show to your appointment, your credit care will be charged 50% of your appointment fee.


LATE ARRIVALS

If you arrive late for your appointment, we are not able to extend your appointment time on the later end. Please do your best to be on time.
